Scope
This Privacy Policy covers public pages on meteoriccreates.com: the home page, About, Videogames, the VEX helper, Blogs (including individual posts when published), Contact, Disclaimer, Advertising, Terms, this Privacy Policy, the HTML and XML sitemaps, and related static pages.
The article desk at /blogs/write/ is a noindex tool for signed-in developer accounts. It may use authentication and admin APIs to create, edit, and publish studio posts. Only emails on the developer allowlist can publish. Draft and published CMS posts are stored in our product database under access rules described for Zeal cloud tooling. Ads never load on /blogs/write/.
The Zeal product site (including educational guides and the private journal at /app/) has its own full Zeal Privacy Policy. If you use the journal, accounts, Wear OS pairing, AI meal photos, or optional cloud sync, that document controls those product practices. This studio policy still applies to how you use meteoriccreates.com itself.

Information you provide
You can read this site without creating an account. If you email us, we receive your email address, the message body, and any attachments you include. We use that information to respond and to keep a record of the conversation as needed for support, corrections, privacy requests, or accessibility feedback.
Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive medical records by email. Include a page URL when reporting a content or policy issue so we can find it quickly.
The VEX helper is password-protected for team use. After you unlock it, you can share files and team chat with anyone who has the same password, and you can ask the AI helper questions. AI questions and recent chat turns are sent to our API and may be processed by Google Gemini. Team files and team messages are stored so other teammates can see them. Do not paste student names, emails, or other personal data. We rate-limit requests. We do not use VEX questions to train our own models.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, user agent, referrer, and requested URLs for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. These logs are operational, not a marketing profile we sell.
If we enable optional analytics (for example Google Analytics) on public pages, that tool may collect aggregated usage metrics. When configured, we disclose the measurement ID in site configuration and keep analytics off private journal screens.
Cookies, local storage, and Google AdSense
We may use essential browser storage needed to operate the site (for example remembering a Zeal disclaimer gate preference when you continue to the journal from this domain, or a short-lived session flag after you unlock the VEX helper).
Google AdSense may be used to show ads on eligible public content pages after consent where required (Home, the blog index, and individual studio posts). Ad scripts load only after you accept or choose limited ads. Ads do not appear on Privacy, Terms, Disclaimer, Advertising disclosure, About, Contact, HTML sitemap, 404 pages, or /blogs/write/. Ads do not appear inside the private Zeal journal at /app/.
We do not use Zeal journal contents (meals, BMI, sleep, workouts, hydration) to personalize ads.

Children

Support emails are retained as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable support history. Hosting logs follow our host’s retention practices. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a small publisher and consumer product studio. No transmission or storage method is 100% secure.
Our hosts and processors may operate in the United States or other countries. If you visit from another region, your information may be processed where data-protection rules differ.
Your choices
You can browse without emailing us. Where a consent banner appears on public pages, you can accept, choose limited ads, or reject advertising cookies. For visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, Google Funding Choices / Privacy Messaging may also appear when enabled in our AdSense account (loaded via VITE_FUNDING_CHOICES_SRC when configured). You can clear site data in your browser. For privacy questions about a Zeal cloud account, email us from the address on the account.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Material changes to product data practices are also reflected on the Zeal privacy page in the same release train as the feature.
